HI-LOW (Main Classroom)
Get in shape and have fun! Enjoy the high and low impact aerobics, combined with dance moves to the beat of the music.

STEP (Main Classroom)
Enjoy this great cardio workout with step routines. It will keep you dancing to the great rhythms!

SALSA & MERINGUE (Main Classroom)
Learn fun and easy Salsa and Meringue steps. Dance to the Latin beat while getting a great cardiovascular workout. Dance Salsa and Meringue in pairs or by yourself.

TAE-BO (Main Classroom)
This great cardio workout combines simple boxing and martial arts moves.

BIKE SPIN (Spinning Room)
Biking is one of the best cardio workouts to burn fat and strengthen your lower body. Bike to the different music beats in simulated different terrains using various bike postures in a fun, motivating atmosphere. Polar heart monitors provided.

LIFT-TRAINING (Main Classroom)
Muscle workout to sculpt and strengthen your entire body with a body bar. This class is a fun and entertaining way to get in shape.

FLEX-A-BALL (Main Classroom)
Tone and stretch with giant balls to strengthen abdomen, gluts, hips and legs. Stretch and relax your lower back. Once you try this class you will come for more!!!

TAI-CHI (Yoga Temple)
Tai Chi is the Chinese art of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health. The movements in this class are simple and easy to learn.

YOGA (Yoga Temple)
Use these ancient Tibetan disciplines to open and balance your senses through simple movements. Yoga will help you strengthen and stretch your body, relax your mind, and elevate your spirit.

SUNRISE WALK (Labyrinth)
A two Km walk through a one-path labyrinth initiated with soft stretches. Experience a sense of balance and meditation while you walk, sing, pray, and meditate. You will love the Aventura Spa Palace Resort labyrinth!

WATER SOFT TRAINING (Internal Pool)
These safe water moves will relax and stretch your body. This training is ideal for joint and muscle discomfort and impairment.

OUTDOOR WATER WORKOUT (Lower Body Cross Current Pool)
This is a great lower body water workout in the cross current pool. This class will improve your cardiovascular system and strengthen hips, legs and gluteals. A fun and therapeutic class you can’t miss!

INDOOR WATER WORKOUT (Upper Body Internal Pool)
An upper body water workout for arms, shoulders, chest, and abdomen with extra resistance provided by hand gloves.

CIRCUIT TRAINING (Main Classroom)
A fun and interactive class with an emphasis on cardiovascular and muscular resistance. You are sure to enjoy this series of workout stations where different exercises are performed to the beat of the music.
